Gathering of the juggalos arrests – shut down before it could begin

The Gathering of the Juggalos, a post-apocalyptic five-day wicked-clown festival we may have told you about once or 379 times, begins tomorrow in Cave-In-Rock, Illinois. Tomorrow, as in not today. Yet this has not stopped Insane Clown Posse fans from traversing the far ends of the Juggalo universe to find family love more than a day early. Right now, there is currently a very long line of cars backed up along the local road that leads to festival grounds HogRock Campground, full of overzealous clowns waiting for the gates to open.

This is one gridlocked view of the scene, posted around one pm C

“They started jamming traffic up a little after six this morning,” Hardin County Sheriff Joyce Cullison told us this afternoon. The Illinois State Police, who’re providing back-up for the local force for the second year, responded accordingly, patrolling the Cave-In-Rock route, giving out tickets, and making arrests.

“We’ve had 10 or 15 in four or five hours,” says Cullison. Six involved drug charges (“Not a large amount either”), one for unpaid child support. The rest were apprehended for lacking auto insurance, vehicle registration, or driving with a revoked license. No weapons have been found, Cullison notes, “so far.”

“We got one upstairs who might be extradited,” says the Sheriff, referring to the alleged deadbeat dad. Everyone else bonded out. “It’s been a long day. Imagine what tomorrow’s going to be when it opens.”

Juggalo Prostitutes and Juggalo Drug Dealers – Welcome to the Gathering of the Juggalos

Sheriff: Local juggalo gathering hurts county

HARDIN COUNTY, Ill. — For the 10,000 people who attend the annual “Gathering of the Juggalos,” the four-day festival may be a fun time. Hardin County Sheriff Lloyd Cullison said for his community, it isn’t.
“It’s really tearing my county up,” he said.
He said in recent years, that event and the two Hogrock festivals have gotten got of hand.
“When this first started, most of the county was tolerant,” Cullison said. “They didn’t really like it but they’d tolerate it. But now, they’ve been a little scared.”
In fact, he’s had to set aside about $30,000 a year from his $200,000 budget to help pay for security. With just six part-time officers, he said he’s stretched thin.
“It’s illegal to sell drugs. It’s illegal for prostitution and yet they do it right under your nose, knowing full well we can’t do anything about it because we don’t have the manpower.”
What’s worse, Cullison added, is organizer Tim York pockets all the money the events generate because the county doesn’t have a tax collection system in place that would require him to give some of the money to the community. Some people who live in the county said that isn’t right.
“We need this clarified,” said Brenda Clanton. “We need this corrected.”
Clanton is collecting signatures in hopes of getting enough to put a tax referendum on next year’s ballot.
“It doesn’t make sense to have this go on for as long but to continue, it makes even less sense,” she said.
Sheriff Cullison said safety is also a big issue. Earlier this year, a person drowned in the Ohio River and three people are still missing.
He said he hopes York steps up and takes some personal and financial responsibility.

Gathering of the juggalos – the effects on a small town terrorized by clowns

Cullison’s staff is working to tally the financial blow the gathering of up to 20,000 Juggalos has had on the sheriff’s department budget this year.

“The secretary and bookkeeper are working on it now. It will tear it up, I know that much,” Cullison said.

The department issued 187 citations, made 37 arrests and investigated home invasions, one of which ended with the arrest of a Kalamazoo, Mich., man.

Cullison also received many reports of garden ruined due to raiding by Juggalos.

BAN THE JUGGALO GATHERING , whos going to fund the police to keep these hoodlums at bay , and for a staff of 8 police 200 arrests is staggering for a 4 day peroid where most these juggalos kept locked up in camp grounds , if the law enforcement was larger that number would most likely multiply by a rate of 1000%.

Juggalos upset cave in rock – drugs , dead bodies and chaos – end of the gathering

CAVE-IN-ROCK, Ill. — Police said the Coast Guard pulled the body of 24-year-old Jesse Waters of Murfreesboro, Tennessee, out of the water in Union County, Kentucky, in the Sturgeon Island area.

That’s just about 100 feet from the Gathering of the Juggalos. Police have since confirmed Waters disappeared from the gathering Friday night before his body turned up on the Sturgeon Island. Police said they don’t suspect foul play.

Sheriff Lloyd Cullison said the event Waters was attending is bringing more trouble than it’s worth.

The Insane Clown Posse’s Gathering of the Juggalos is over and the cleanup process has begun. The Juggalos are leaving town until next year but Sheriff Lloyd Cullison wishes they would leave and not come back.

“A lot of drug arrests,” Cullison said. “A couple firearms taken off of people. We had one guy that was high on drugs and tried to stab a couple people with some glass.”

Any town would love for 10,000 people to come and visit, right? Well, not Hardin County, Illinois. Cullison said it’s not worth the trouble.

“I’ve been a policeman for 36 years and I’ve never seen anything like this. Just so out of control,” Cullison said.

He said to gain control of any situation is tough because the lack of manpower his department has.

“For a police department to not be able to handle it and do anything about it, just makes you feel helpless.”

Although Illinois State Police did assist his department, it still puts a strain on resources that are sparse.

“Without them guys, I would have been in a lot of trouble,” Cullison said of ISP’s help.

He said the trouble only grows year after year. With a jail that only holds eight and arrests in the hundreds, he said enough is enough.

“It seems like every year it gets a little worst,” he said.

If he had any choice in the matter, he never wants them to return.

“Have it somewhere else,” he said. “We can’t handle it in Hardin County.”

Local 6 tried to talk to event organizers and the owner of Hog-Rock Campgrounds. They said they don’t speak to the media and asked us to leave the property immediatly.

Again, police say they don’t suspect foul play in Waters’ death. They’ll release the official cause of death after an autopsy and toxicology reports.

Feel Safe Juggalos – Gathering of the Juggalos — LESS Security This Year

After last year’s attacks of Tila Tequila and Method Man, you’d think the Gathering of the Juggalos would INCREASE security. Not only would you be wrong, but they’re doing the EXACT OPPOSITE.

Violent J from the Insane Clown Posse (the group behind the annual festival) tells TMZ … ICP feels the TALENT was to blame for last year’s violence … because they incited the crowd while onstage.

Mr. J believes the performers lined up for the 2011 festival have “mad respect” for the juggalos … and won’t make the same mistake.

In fact, the group is SOOOOOO confident the juggalos will remain peaceful, they’ve only booked a small group of private security guards to work the event … and have NOT asked for help from local police.

The event is scheduled to go down from August 11-14 in Cave-In-Rock, IL — and the lineup includes Charlie Sheen, MC Hammer and Vanilla Ice.

What are the chances all 3 walk away from the event unscathed?

Insane clown posse censor upright Citizens Brigade UCB over dead baby – after rapping about dead babies and death WOW

WOW INSANE CLOWN HYPOCRITES
SHOUT OUT TO THE UCB – ICP HAD A SONG TALKING ABOUT DRILLING NEWBORN BABIES HEADS SONGS OF MURDER , RAPE EXPLICIT VIOLENCE BUT NOW CRY ABOUT IT.

According to members of the Upright Citizens Brigade, the Insane Clown Posse forced the cancellation of a UCB show, after issuing a cease and desist and threatening legal action over Saturday’s scheduled “The Gathering Of The Juggalos For A Mother Fucking Baby Funeral” at the group’s New York theater. Presumably based on this, the performance was structured as a fake send-off for an 8-month-old Juggalette, complete with “music, clowns, bereavement, stand up comedy, bar-b-que, scripture readings, hatchets, mother fuckin’ eulogizing, midgets wrestling retarded monkeys, and huge-ass titties,” and hosted by Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope themselves. Or rather, “Violent J” and “Shaggy 2 Dope,” as UCB cast members dug deep to find some aspect of their personalities they could then blow up into outsized parody, using their well-honed comic sensibilities.

Unfortunately, not only is the death of a baby Juggalette one of the two or three worst things that happens to Juggalos and therefore no laughing matter, holding a faux Juggalo funeral apparently infringes on the Juggalo brand that Mssrs. J and 2 Dope have labored so intensively to cultivate over the years, leading them to seek their totally wicked, balls-out legal action. And naturally, there were also apparently vague threats of actual members of Juggalo Nation showing up to protest the mocking of their very serious lifestyle as psycho clowns—psycho clowns with feelings. But thanks to ICP’s last-minute intervention, both their band and their fans have been saved from becoming objects of derision.
