Two more Juggalo Insane Clown Posse fans plead guilty in fatal beating

Two more fans of the band Insane Clown Posse have admitted beating a former friend to death last year in Schuylkill County.

Jeffrey Gombert, of Hazleton, and Andrew Tutko, of McAdoo, pleaded guilty Wednesday in Schuylkill County Court in the death of 21-year-old Anthony Locascio of Hazleton.

The 20-year-olds pleaded guilty to charges including third-degree murder, joining 26-year-old Curtis Foose of Hazleton and Shane Roof, 21, formerly of Palmerton, who pleaded Friday in the September 2009 beating. Gombert and Tutko had been scheduled to go on trial Monday.

Locascio’s body was discovered in a wooded area near Brandonville, about 85 miles northwest of Philadelphia. Authorities say the suspects beat Locascio with a baseball bat and left him to die, wearing only boxer shorts, because he’d talked to police about a car vandalism some of them

The four men and their victim shared a passion for the rap-metal band Insane Clown Posse, whose music often speaks of murder, rape and other violent acts. Followers of the band call themselves juggalos and juggalettes after a song.

While most fans just enjoy the band’s music, others have been linked to violence, including a homicide in Monroe County. The increased criminal activity led Monroe to be the first county in Pennsylvania to validate the juggalos as a gang, putting them in the same category as the Latin Kings, Bloods and Crips.

What is with the very high incidents of violence and juggalos – we need a survey conducted by the goverment to end this juggalo problem.
