Juggalo Gang Member Faces Attempted Murder Charge in Kalispell Stabbing – Murders because it felt good

juggalo murder

A California man faces three felony charges, including attempted murder, after police say he stabbed a Kalispell homeowner during a Dec. 12 home invasion because “it felt good.”

Prosecutors with the Flathead County Attorney’s Office have charged Dante Kirpal Kier, 19, of Santa Barbara, Calif., with attempted deliberate homicide, aggravated burglary and assault with a weapon. All three charges are felonies.

According to charging documents filed in Flathead District Court, homeowner Brian Bay was fixing the dishwasher in his southeast Kalispell house when he went out to the garage to get a tool. His wife and children were home as well.

When he returned inside, Bay said he saw Kier in the hallway. Bay confronted the intruder, who had a weapon in his hand. During the confrontation, Kier allegedly stabbed Bay in the upper arm and inside his mouth.

Prosecutors say Kier then tried to stab Bay in the ribs numerous times with what turned out to be a wood-handled steak knife. Investigators said the blade was “bent severely” after the stabbing.

Bay wrestled Kier to the ground and held him while his wife called the police at about 9:35 p.m. Officers arrived and arrested Kier. Police say Bay’s wife and children were unharmed during the incident.

Bay was taken to Kalispell Regional Medical Center where he received treatment for his injuries, which included the stab wounds to his arm and mouth, as well as bruising on his chest.

Once Kier was taken into custody, court records state that he agreed to talk with investigators without an attorney, making several voluntary statements about entering the Bays’ home and that he had “attempted murder” because “it felt good.”

When police officers canvassed the neighborhood, several of the Bays’ neighbors said they found notes on their windows that said, “Your house is being watched tonight by … the creeps.”

Kier also allegedly told police that he is a member of the Insane Clown Posse gang, and referred to himself as a Juggalo. According to the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s 2011 National Gang Threat Assessment, law enforcement in at least 21 states have identified criminal Juggalo sub-sets.

Juggalos are typically fans of the Insane Clown Posse, a hip-hop duo from Detroit. The duo has denounced violence in previous media interviews.

According to court documents, Kier has a conviction in Santa Barbara for entering a non-commercial dwelling in 2010. Charging documents also state that Kier’s father called KPD and said his son has a history of drug abuse and mental illness and “he believes Kier should stay in jail out of concern for the public and his son.”

Kier is in custody at the Flathead County Detention Center on $500,000 bail. Because a dangerous weapon was allegedly used in the crime, Kier faces up to 110 years in prison for attempted deliberate homicide alone.

Looking for a place to live, Donna Anderson was referred to a red house at the bottom of Rock Creek Canyon.

“I went down here and saw it and said, ‘Yeah, this is right for me,’” she said, on her front porch Dec. 2.

Tree boughs stripped of fall leaves hang over the rental property where Anderson has lived for the past seven years, and water rushes in the nearby creek. It’s the perfect place to enjoy a slice of the outdoors, she said — if it weren’t for the graffiti spray painted on rocks, bridges and other places along the canyon’s parkway.

The city-owned parkway, developed in 1997, stretches from the front of Anderson’s home near Maxwell Avenue and Shoshone Street South, to Blake Street off Addison Avenue West. At either end of the two-mile paved trail is private property.

“Something has to be done about the graffiti,” Anderson said, noting that paint is sprayed even on rocks near a cave on private property east of her home. “Juggalo” — a reference to devotees of hip-hop group Insane Clown Posse — is painted on rusted metal outside a room that a city official believes to be an old jail cell on the canyon wall west of the parkway’s Maxwell Avenue access. The initials “CJR” are painted there and elsewhere in the canyon.

“I’ve never been able to confirm it, but it’s believed that somewhere in Rock Creek was the area’s earliest jail,” said Dennis Bowyer, director of Twin Falls’ Parks and Recreation Department.

Police can’t do much about graffiti if it’s not reported, said Luke Allen, crime prevention officer for the Twin Falls Police Department. And even then it’s difficult to investigate because it often happens at night and there aren’t many clues. When graffiti is reported, a group of juvenile probationers dubbed Graffiti Busters will go into the canyon to clean it up.

During the five weeks the Times-News observed the canyon in November and early December, however, graffiti remained on the possible old jail cell and other parts of the canyon.

The last time graffiti was reported in Rock Creek Canyon was last summer, said police resource officer Matthew Triner.

If graffiti appears near a home, Allen suggests owners install motion-detector lights and report suspicious activity.

There haven’t been many calls of other problems in Rock Creek over the past couple of years, he said.

“I reviewed all calls for service in the area of the park and found one report in 2010 for littering and one complaint of shots fired in the canyon for 2011,” Allen said, noting that most activity in the canyon is from May to August.

Insane clown posses lyrics and juggalo logic him to go to jail for facebook threat

http://www.theadvertiser.com/article/20111020/NEWS01/110200316

icp
A threat in cyberspace is still a threat, Iberia Parish Sheriff’s Office officials said, after they arrested a New Iberia man Wednesday for allegedly using his Facebook page to threaten to go on a killing spree.

Deputies arrested 26-year-old Del Richard on charges of “terrorizing.” He was booked into Iberia Parish Jail on $1 million bond.

Investigators received an anonymous tip alleging Richard had posted a Facebook message detailing Richard’s plans, Iberia Parish Sheriff Louis Ackal said.

Deputies said Richard’s Facebook post indicated his killing spree would be held throughout New Iberia. Deputies said he also threatened to kill any law-enforcement officers responding to the spree.

On Saturday, a 10:34 p.m. post on Richard’s Facebook page read, “im going on a killin spree.”

Other posts included:

» “im killing evry mc and end with me”

» “if i take a few down im a join with the clowns”

» “murder daily gettin paper spread around”

Another Facebook user responded to Richard’s posts by writing, “So you planning on going down in a blazing glory?”

Richard simply responded, “yes].”

Richard and the user then proceed to have Facebook conversation, over a 29-minute period, with Richard being asked why he wanted to commit mass murder.

“What im destyin to do,” Richard said.

Richard, who is white, goes on to say his goal is to kill people he feels are beneath him, including drug addicts and people of other races. He also said he wanted to kill a few innocent bystanders and police officers, as well.

At the beginning of the posts, Richard said his first statement is quoting lyrics from Insane Clown Posse, but, as the conversation continues, he reveals he not only wants to kill bystanders but also that he wants to be killed by police officers after the spree. He told the user he would wear body armor to prevent himself from being killed right away.

“Yea im to (expletive) to pull it off but wouldnt it be sweet,” Richard wrote.

Even though it was not mentioned in the sheriff’s office release, Richard’s mental state also came into question throughout the conversation.

The user asked Richard if he was taking any antipsychotics or antidepressants, and Richard said he was taking a drug called “kylonpins.” The user responds by listing the possible side effects of the medication.

“Confusion, hallucinations, unusual thoughts or behavior; unusual risk-taking behavior, no fear of danger,” the user writes.

According to Drugs.com, Klonopin affects chemicals in the brain that become unbalanced and cause anxiety. The website said the drug is used to treat seizure disorders or panic disorder.

The user asked Richard if his condition and the side effects of his alleged drug use could be causing him to have suicidal thoughts, and, again, Richard said he did not want to kill himself but would rather die at the hands of the police.

“Nah the cops are gunna have to take me out i aint killin my self,” Richard wrote.

The user finally asked where Richard was planning to commit the assault, Richard lists what appeared to be roads and locations in New Iberia.

“i wanna wride a 10speed down hopkins with the AR staped to my back,” Richard wrote, “hit and intersection unload 1/2 a clip there peadle my (expletive) off till i see a big crowd and unload peddle flip the clip and fire 30 while im riding to pennywize on hopkin by then the cops show up as long as i can take out at t least 3 ill die a happyman the accomlised summin.”

According to deputies, Richard was questioned about his Facebook posts and arrested shortly thereafter.

Throughout the conversation, the user repeatedly asks Richard if he was serious about his plans. Richard tells the user he has made plans, including escape routes, but Richard said he probably would not go through with his plans because he did not have the courage.

More Juggalo Gang Murders on Trail

Three murder trials have been scheduled for this year in Monroe County.

Adam Lawruszkiewicz, 34, of Lawrenceville, N.J., will be tried March 1 on charges of fatally stabbing Marcin Taran, 23, of Gouldsboro, at a party in Middle Smithfield Township on New Year’s Day, 2010.

Police said Lawruszkiewicz told them the following:

Lawruszkiewicz, his wife and a female friend came to the party at the home of his friend, Adam Faczczewski, on Pepper Road in Monroe Lake. During a conversation in the kitchen, Taran became confrontational and made derogatory comments about Lawruskiewicz’s wife.

Lawruszkiewicz tried to ignore the comments, but Taran did not stop. When Lawruszkiewicz turned away from Taran, he was pushed to the ground from behind.

Everything then went “black” and the next thing Lawruszkiewicz remembered was opening his eyes and seeing blood. Lawruszkiewicz remembered picking up a knife from the kitchen after he saw blood and said he may have had a knife during the fight, but didn’t know if this was the same knife he remembered picking up.

Lawruszkiewicz then fled the home, carrying the knife, with his wife and the friend they came to the party with. His car was stopped by police near the scene and he was taken into custody.

Shawn Freemore, 20, and Ian Seagraves, 18, both of Cresco, will be tried April 26 in the February 2009 fatal stabbing of Michael Goucher, 21, of East Stroudsburg, in Price Township. Seagraves, who was 17 at the time of the murder, will be tried as an adult.

Both call themselves Juggalos, members of what police view as a gang.

According to information and evidence gathered by police, Goucher and Freemore met as friends online prior to the murder and set up a date and time to meet in person. Freemore and Seagraves then decided they were going to rob and kill Goucher when he came to meet Freemore.

Goucher arrived and was murdered, after which his body was left covered under snow in a wooded area. Goucher’s family reported him missing, after which an investigation led to police finding the body and charging Seagraves and Freemore.

The prosecution is seeking the death penalty against Charles Hicks, 36, of Coolbaugh Township, who is charged with killing and dismembering a woman and then scattering her body parts in trash bags along Interstates 380 and 80. The victim, Deanna Null, 36, of Williamsport, was last seen getting into a car with the same description as that belonging to Hicks, in Scranton in January 2008, according to police.

Police said they searched Hicks’ home in March 2008, found evidence and charged him.

Sickening juggalo gang crime , this is just more poof that juggalos need to be classified as a gang in all states, this will help end the problem and offer some more protection to the public at large,
